BIOgenetiX assures for the sold products customer support services through highly qualified technical personnel having as objective to sustain the laboratories in their procedures of implementing new technologies based on high quality products. Our products have advantages regarding the fidelity of the results, easiness in exploitation and have also competitive prices.

Our technical support can also be approached by laboratories which use other technologies than those sold by us and which do not have access to similar services from their traditional providers in Romania.

BIOgenetiX organises regularly workshops using demo kits in those laboratories which wants to test our products before purchasing them. What is for us very important is never to promote to a client a product that cannot be tested before making the decision of buying.
